You rise above Colorado Mines Peak with its Electronic Site and radio towers to see Red Mountain and Jones Pass in the distance. This is a very popular trail because it allows the hikers such fantastic views.
Hairpin Turns on Berthoud Pass

Berthoud Pass is a scenic mountain drive through the Rocky Mountains, and is located directly on U.S. Highway 40, just north of the junction with I-70.
